Ahab's Head: American Vengeance
In 2020 I reread Moby-Dick, one chapter a day. The dread and obsession of this great novel echoed how I felt at this time in the pandemic. My installation, Ahab’s Head: American Vengeance, addresses the relentless American obsession with violence.
The installation will be exhibited at the New Bedford Whaling Museum from December 13, 2025, to May 3, 2026.
